Anyone intending to sell, sample or offer alcohol on their stand for consumption during the event, must firstly have authorisation from the organisers, prior to Exhibiting at the show. Exhibitors may offer complimentary hospitality on their stands for their own customers; however, you must seek permission from the organisers.
No food or drink must to be sold to members of the public, for consumption on site, unless the Exhibitor holds a catering contract with the event organisers.
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that no alcohol is sold to/obtained by anyone under 18 years old.
As per T&C’s in your contract any Exhibitor intending to supply alcohol (free or sold) must apply for permission to do so on their booking form. The Licensing Act 2003 applies to all supply of alcohol and must be adhered to. If you are providing alcohol on your stand, please get in touch with your account manager to make them aware.
The Exhibitor named on the stands contract must be present on the premises, stand or be contactable within the show ground during the period that alcohol is for sale. Exhibitors are always responsible for the conduct of customers on their premises, stand.
Selling, sampling and offering of alcohol is operated under Blenheim Palace Alcohol License. A TEN's license is not required.
