Temporary shedding marquees will be dismantled at 9am Monday 29th July – All exhibitor items must be removed by this time.
On Sunday you will be handed a Breakdown notice by one of the Organising team, you will also receive a text notification providing details of Breakdown. This communication will go to the mobile number you have provided on the E-Zone. Please ensure your details are kept up to date.
You must not start to dismantle your stand before 6pm on Sunday 29th July. The commencement of ‘Breakdown’ will be announced over the Public Address system, as soon as the public have left the show ground and considered safe to do so. We will notified you when the lockdown on vehicles has been lifted.
- A one-way traffic system will operate from the Exhibitor Lanes.
- Vehicle access to site via Exhibitor Lanes entrance only.
- You may be charged a disposal fee for any fittings or rubbish left on your stand.
- Power to stands will be switched off by 18.00hrs on Sunday 28th July.
- Breakdown is a security high-risk period – do not leave valuables unattended.
- Please be aware that vehicle movement will be prohibited before 6.00pm (this includes entering and exiting the show ground).
The organiser will make every effort to allow vehicles on-site as quickly as possible after the show closes.
The Organiser reserve the right to amend/change any of the breakdown information above.
If a stand is left untidy a clear up charge of £250 + VAT will be charged to the Exhibitor, by The National Game Fair.
