Exhibitor’s will only be allowed on to site if –
- The stand balance has been paid in full
- The correct health and safety forms and documents have been completed, returned, and approved by the Health and Safety Team.
- Exhibitors are wearing the correct wristbands and displaying the correct vehicle passes.
- Hi-Vis must be worn at all times during set-up and breakdown
- NOTE - HEAVY GOODS VEHICLES CANNOT ENTER THROUGH HENSINGTON GATE. ALL HGV MUST ACCESS THE BLENHEIM ESTATE THROUGH BLADON GATE.
