LAPADA Exhibitors are welcome on-site from Wednesday 24th July. Exhibitors intending to arrive earlier than Wednesday, please note that we do not have security cover in the pavilion. 

Each 3mtr unit with-in the LAPADA Pavilion is supplied with a Saxby Lighting Track with 4 x Warm White LED heads connected to mains voltage.

The LAPADA marquee has 24/7 security cover and CCTV is operational in the marquee. The front of the marquee will be closed at night and reopened each day.

Wi-Fi is not included in your stand package. If you require Wi-fi, please book through Redbox via the link on the 'Additional Services' page.

LAPADA Exhibitors do not have a back of house area for storage. 

NOTE - The Game Fair does not operate a vetting process. 

Due to high traffic volume on build-up days, this year we are asking Exhibitors to complete the Exhibitor Logistics Scheduling form by clicking on the link below. By completing the form, it shares information when to expect you, and gives us the opportunity to stagger Exhibitors arrival times. The form must be completed by all Exhibitors. 

 Exhibitors can order their pass pack by post by clicking on the link to the Exhibitor Logistics Scheduling form and completing the last part of the form.
