Please let us know about any new product launches so we can help promote these for you.
If you intend to hold a social event (including but not limited to a party, function or receptions) at any time during The Game Fair 2025, you will need to obtain written permission from the Organiser by contacting exhibitors@stableevents.org If you are providing alcohol on your stand as part of your hospitality, please get in touch with your account manager to make them aware. You must also apply for a 'TEN' license from the local authority before offering alcohol to your guests.
If permission is granted for a social event, it may only be held within the limits of your stand and must not cause any nuisance, annoyance, or inconvenience to the public or to other Exhibitors. The Organiser reserves the right to disband a social event should it become a nuisance, annoyance, or inconvenience to others.
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that alcohol is not served to anyone under 18 years old. We promote the 'challenge 25' policy.
As per T&C’s, an Exhibitor intending to supply alcohol must apply for permission to do so on their booking form. The Licensing Act 2003 applies to all supply of alcohol and must be adhered to.
The person named on the stand contract must be present on the premises, stand or be available and contactable on-site during the period alcohol is served. Exhibitors are responsible for the conduct of people on their premises/stand.
Offering alcohol requires a TEN license. Applications to the local authority must be made as soon as stand numbers are released in June 2025. Please email exhibitors@stableevents.org for information on the TEN application process.
