Damson Nº12 – Autumn in a Bottle
The first orchard-inspired creation in the collection is Damson Nº12, a vodka liqueur representing the abundance of autumn in the orchard. Founder Gemma Standeven crafted this unique recipe by steeping whole damsons in premium grain vodka for a minimum of 12 months. Inspired by a surplus of unused damsons on the farm, this process results in a depth of flavour that is entirely unique to Gattertop. Damson Nº12 captures the richness of autumnal harvests and the heritage of the British countryside.
Botanic Nº7 – Florals for Spring
Botanic Nº7 embodies the freshness of spring. This floral and herbaceous vodka is crafted from seven botanicals handpicked from the orchard and surrounding gardens and hedgerows in spring and summer. Notes of elderflower, apple blossom, nettle, and rosemary evoke the authentic taste of the British countryside in bloom.
