This is a rich and tangy sea salt that brings out a subtly delicate and fruity flavour. We source our untreated and sustainable applewood from the southern highlands of Tanzania. We cold-smoke our sea salt for just over 24 hours to ensure the flavour isn’t too overpowering. We love it with our roast chicken or pork tenderloins, but also works beautifully with soups and potato dishes.
