Chiltern Gate

The Chiltern gate is a two or one-way galvanised mesh gate leaf set in a galvanised steel H-frame. Based upon the bestselling previous Chiltern gate, the new design meets the requirements of today’s pedestrians, equestrians and users of mobility vehicles.

• Simply swapping the latch kit allows the gate to be two-way or one-way

• Robust design with heavy duty hinges for long term reliability

• The galvanised H-frame offers the product longevity even in the most rural of locations

• The H-frame provides the whole system with rigidity and ensures the gate leaf is always correctly aligned with the frame

• The self-closing mechanism achieves a closing speed of 8 seconds

• Improved latch mechanism, can be easily operated from either side of the gate especially by users of mobility vehicles

• New retractable D-loop gate catch which is safer for horse and rider

• All moving parts painted RAL 1021 yellow to meet the current requirements of BS5709:2018
