Elderflower Gin & Elderflower Vodka

If you like eldeflower, you might just love these. Freshly picked heads of elderflower are hand picked first thing on astill morning to capture the wonderful fragrance from the pollen before the flower has fully opened and the wind blown it away. Thousands of heads are then steeped in barrels within the hour.

Choose from either Gin or Vodka, add some fizz and rub a mint leaf before laying it on top to create a wonderful cocktail called a 'Hugo'. Add a splash of soda water to lengthen it into a 'Spritz'. Invented by an Austrian called Hugo almost 100 years ago. It remains one of the most refreshing Summer cocktails.
