A perfect addition to all cheeseboards, salads or sauces, this emblematic blue cheese is made from Ewe’s milk in the heart of a rocky scree. The cool and air and humidity coming from deep within the mountain circulates using crevices called “fleurines”, thus creating unique biological conditions.
